Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities of a User Interface/User experience designer at Agromall should include:
  • Creating UI mock-ups and prototypes for brand new product ideas
  • Liaising with the marketing team, internal and external designs to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experience for the digital user
  • Providing guidance on the implementation of User eXperience research methodologies and testing activities to analyze and predict user behavior.
  • Comply with style standards on typography and graphic designs.
  • Identifying and troubleshooting UX problems (e.g. site responsiveness)
  • Planning and implementing new designs.
  • Creating overall concepts for the user experience within a business webpage or product, and ensuring that all interactions are intuitive and easy for customers
  • Designing graphic user interface elements, like menus and widgets.
  • Investigating user experience design requirements for our suite digital assets.
  • Designing aesthetics to be implemented within a website or product from layout menus and drop-down options to color and fonts
  • Developing technical and business requirements; always strive to deliver intuitive user-centered solutions
  • Conducting tests of completed applications, websites, and software to assess user experience.
  • Producing high-quality UX designs solutions via flow diagrams, wireframes, and storyboards prototype visual and graphic designs.
  • Illustrating designs ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps.
  • Design graphics user interfaces(UI) elements, like tabs, menus, and widgets

Job Requirements
  • Experience of atleast 4 years in UI / UX software development.
  • High proficiency or expertise in standard UX software such as InVision, UXPin, Balsamiq, Framer, Sketch, OmniGraffle, Axure, with hands-on experience with Illustrator and Photoshop, and the likes is a must.
  • Hands-on proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and React JavaScript skills are a huge plus.
  • Ability to work and cooperate with other stakeholders/workers to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet product/client vision and needs.
  • Knowledge of JavaScript and jQuery.
  • Reasonable experience in using UX design best practices to create solutions, and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.
  • Ability to iterate designs and solutions effectively and intelligently.
  • Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and others.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team setting including synthesizing abstract ideas into concrete design results.
  • A clear understanding of the importance of user-centered design and design thinking.
  • High proficiency in HTML with the ability to hand-code according to W3C standards.
