CSAE Fully Funded Fellowship at University of Oxford for Africans
posted on: 25 May, 2020.The Center for the Study of African Economics(CSAE) at the University of Oxford is currently accepting applications for the CSAE Visiting Fellowships.
It is a two-month residency in Oxford for a limited number of African scholars currently pursuing a career in economics. Applications are highly welcomed from citizens of all African countries. Applicants must have a doctorate in economics by the start of this program.

- And a small stipend for a limited number of African scholars currently pursuing a career in economics
Eligibilty
Applications are highly welcomed from citizens of all African countries. Applicants must have a doctorate in economics.
Application Procedure
- All interested candidates must complete the online application form by 26 June 2020 to be considered for the fellowship.
- Applications include a research statement(of 400 words), a copy of your CV/resume, and two(2) referees.
Additional Information
The research undertaken at the CSAE is both microeconomic and macroeconomic. This means it looks at issues facing individuals, farmers, entrepreneurs, or companies, as much as issues concerning the overall economy such as inflation and exchange rate setting.
Centre staff participate in a wide range of activities within Africa, including data collection for both households and firms, training, and discussion with both the business and policy-making communities.
